According to EU regulations you may return your purchase without reason within 14 days after purchase at your own expense, receiving a full refund.
If you suspect the device to be defective within 2 years after purchase, you may return the device at your own expense. If our check indicates the device to be defective you will get a new device at no shipping cost. However, if our check of the device indicates the device to be working properly, we will have to charge EUR 50.- for our testing effort plus shipping cost back to you.
